Founded in 1991, STANICO A/S is Thornicos real estate company in Denmark.

Originally situated in Copenhagen, today the administration is located on Havnegade 36 in Odense, along with Sanovo Foods and Lactosan-Sanovo Holding.

STANICO A/S’ portfolio of real estate is a mix of office, industrial and residential properties. The portfolio consists of about a 100 leases at 10 different properties in Jutland and Zealand.

STANICO A/S' residential properties are located centrally in the two biggest cities of Denmark.
