WEST STAR Management B.V was founded in 1996 and handles the financial, commercial and technical matters concerning the property of the THORNICO Building in Rotterdam.

The THORNICO Building is a multi-tenant office building, owned by THORNICO since the late eighties, and located in the centre of Rotterdam.  The building has a rentable space of around 30,000 m^2 and a parking garage for about 800 cars, making the building one of the biggest of its kind in the heart of the city.

Apart from providing typical building management services, we participate in both direct and indirect financing activities involving the group companies.

Our main office is located in the THORNICO building which gives us excellent insight into everything that is going on and enables us to give immediate attention to the needs of our tenants. We have a total of around 35 different tenants, including several well known and highly recommended restaurants on the ground floor.
